UCPW is an independent citizen-welfare facilitation platform that helps people understand public-service concerns, organise information and follow a documented support journey.
Our public purpose
We work to reduce the distance between a citizen and the public system responsible for addressing a concern. Support may include listening, issue classification, document preparation, referral, follow-up and secure digital assistance.
Who we seek to support
- Citizens facing difficulty navigating public offices or online systems
- People who need help organising facts, documents and previous complaint references
- Vulnerable people who may benefit from assisted digital, language or video support
Our independence
UCPW is not a government department and does not promise a particular decision by any authority. Our role is to help citizens take clearer, safer and more trackable steps.
