Know what a UCPW case update means and what it does not mean.
Your UCPW reference
The reference identifies the record in UCPW. Keep it private and use it to view updates or request follow-up.
Read status in context
- Received or Open: the record exists and awaits or has begun review
- In progress: UCPW activity is underway
- Referred: an external or official route has been identified
- Closed: UCPW processing ended; this does not by itself prove the underlying grievance was resolved
Requesting follow-up
Add new facts, an official response or a concise request. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same message or creating duplicate cases.
