• A public grievance that does not fit another category

Describe location and impact

• Exact location, landmark and jurisdiction if known
• When and how often the issue occurs
• People or public assets affected without exposing identities
• Existing complaint or pollution-control reference

Assisted classification

The “other” category should be used for initial triage, not as a permanent destination. UCPW should reclassify the matter or identify a responsible official route where possible.
